On Behalf of St. Jane's CYO we would like to thank all of the participants and Sponsors who have supported our 18th annual golf outing.

Your generosity and continued support is greatly appreciated and allows us to continue to offer our programs to the youth of St. Jane's Parish.

2012 Fall Sports Registration

Registration for 2012 Fall Sports is now available online from 4/16/2012 - ?.

The following will be offered this fall:

Soccer K & 1st Grade

Blue Mt.Soccer 2nd-8th

Volleyball 5th-8th Girls

Cross Country K-8th

Pep Squad K-6th Girls

(Pep Squad will cheer at St. Jane's School/Parish and CYO sponsored activities including but not limited to soccer, volleyball and XC Invitationals.

St. Jane's Pep is no longer cheering at ND Little Crusaders football games. If you are interested in cheering for the Little Crusaders then please

contact ND Football directly)

When you have completed the online registration process please come back to this page and click here to complete the Diocesan CYO Waiver Form.

You may complete this form online and print out to bring to the first practice or print the form and complete by hand.

NOTE: If you have the capability, it is preferred that you use 2-sided printing.

This form needs to be turned in at the first practice. If the form is not received then the participant(s) will not be allowed to practice.

ATTENTION ALL 2011/2012 SPORTS PARTICIPANTS

The Diocesan waiver form must be filled out and handed to coach no later than the first practice.

If not turned in then child will not be allowed to participate until form is received.

Please click the below link for the form. The form can be completed online then printed out to be turned in to the coach on the first day of practice.
